Canceled orders
We incur cost every time we process an order which we offset with a processing fee. Canceled orders forfeit the processing fees from any refund. No ifs, ands or buts.
Shipping has a cost
Whether we absorb the freight costs of your purchase or you as the customer pay for shipping cost there is a real cost. We have had to institute a shipping policy based on some customer's misunderstanding of this concept.
Return shipping
This policy is outlined in our warranty and returns and refund policies but to be absolutely clear, we do not cover return freight.
Expedited Freight requests
We operate Monday to Thursday 9AM-5PM. If the item is in stock, UPS Next Day orders received past 1PM PST and USPS priority orders placed after 9AM PST ship the following day.
Any orders received after business hours will be processed on the next business day.
Please do not selected expedited shipping services outside of normal hours operation as we cannot assure timely delivery.
We are not responsible for delays in shipping caused after the shipment leaves our facility.
Errors in shipping address, re-routing and refused receipt
We are unable to control the speed of the carriers' shipping.
We can only see the same tracking that what you can see and the shipping representatives can see.
Any freight costs resulting from re-routing, address errors or refused shipments are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the purchase price.
Foreign tax, duties, customs clearance etc.
We are not responsible for funding the social programs of your country and we don't write your tax code or regulate your import fees. If your country says you owe money at the border or customs clearing please pay it. If our product comes back to us and we incur freight cost, we deduct it from your refund.
